HOW TO DO A PROPER DIET BY ME



            Everybody knows that it’s hard to go on a diet when there’s delicious food in front of you. There’s always this confusing feeling whether to eat or not to eat that delicacy. You get this unwanted feeling inside of you. That’s your favorite food and you want to eat it and enjoy that savory taste but on the other side of your confused mind, you’re on a diet, you need to get slimmer and by eating your favorite delicacy, it would ruin your diet.

            Here’s how to do a proper diet and still get fatter. 
Step no. 1: Plan out your meals for the day. Pick only vegetables and lean meat. Don’t go for red meat. Eat fruits that has high fiber content. Go green when it comes to food. 

Step no. 2: You might as well go to the gym or go jogging once every week. Because with that kind of activity, you can improve your immune system plus it’ll give your body some practice so that you won’t easily get tired. 

Step no. 3: Find a gym that’s not near any fast food chain or a gym that’s near a food court. I’m telling you, that’ll do you no good. Take it from me, I’ve been going to the gym lately but I just can’t stop eating and that gym happens to be beside the food court. I don’t know if I’m losing or gaining weight. 

Step no. 4: Have self-discipline.  Control yourself. Don’t go all will nilly when you are near food. Think of your goal. Think of your health. The benefits that you’ll get when you achieve your fit and healthy body. Just think of what you can do. You can even engage in to sports. 

Lastly, Step no. 5: Set your goal straight. If you want to be fit and healthy because you’re having a hard time carrying your body when going up and down the stairs, then you should start eating healthy foods and some cardio exercises. But don’t push yourself to hard. You might end up having injuries or fractures. Also, if you’re goal is to be fit and healthy for sports engagement, then you should eat lean meat instead of red meat, eat low carb foods and low calorie foods but don’t forget that you’ll also need protein. Go to the gym every once in a while.
           

            Being fit and healthy is very important. Why? Because you get to live your life without having to worry about you being sick. You won’t have a hard time doing things. It doesn’t necessarily mean that if you’re fit and healthy, you also have to be thin or slim. Not all fat people are unhealthy and not all slim people a strong and healthy.
